Let us introduce our SALMON TARTAR π. With norweigian salmon marinated in soy sauce and accompanied by delicious miso mayo, fresh spring onion, coriander, deep fried rice noodles, sesame seeds and a teeny tiny bit chili. A perfectly balanced symphony if you ask us! π₯°
BLEAK ROE SNACK
Imagine THE most satisfying crisp ever π, combined with bleak roe, creamy smetana, fresh red onion and spicy cress. That's our bleak rose snack! π

Pepper Fries
We are usually not the ones to brag, but honestly - our new Pepper Fries are to die for. Maybe even better than Dirty Fries..? π€ Covered in tempura batter and deep fried to perfection they are crispy, salty and with a perfect sweetness from bell pepper. Accompanied by a miso dip they are impossible to resist. π
S'mores bowl
Meet the newcomer to our dessert menu. Caramelized mini marshmallows and crumbled crackers served with a bowl of vanilla ice cream, generously topped with noisette sauce. π€€ Like one of our jury members said: 'The carnival is just one spoon away'. π
