Let us introduce our SALMON TARTAR 🙏. With norweigian salmon marinated in soy sauce and accompanied by delicious miso mayo, fresh spring onion, coriander, deep fried rice noodles, sesame seeds and a teeny tiny bit chili. A perfectly balanced symphony if you ask us! 🥰

BLEAK ROE SNACK

Imagine THE most satisfying crisp ever 👌, combined with bleak roe, creamy smetana, fresh red onion and spicy cress. That's our bleak rose snack! 😏

Deep Fried Dumplings

Delicious dumplings stuffed with vegetables and served with a sticky ginger glaze, topped with chives. 🥟 Also - this crispy creation is completely vegan. 🌱 Yummy Yummy! 🤤

Souvlaki

Juicy grilled skewers made from minced anamma served with a fresh cucumber and garlic dip, tomatoes and olives. 😋 Anamma is a tasty vegan protein and we dare all you meat lovers out there to give it a try. You will not be disappointed. 🤩

You know that heart melting feeling when you see a super cute puppy? That is how we feel when we look at our adorable new mini-kebab in pita bread. 🥺 Of course it is as tasty as it is cute: shredded pork tenderloin, crispy lettuce and kebab sauce served in soft pita bread. 🥙

Pepper Fries

We are usually not the ones to brag, but honestly - our new Pepper Fries are to die for. Maybe even better than Dirty Fries..? 🤔 Covered in tempura batter and deep fried to perfection they are crispy, salty and with a perfect sweetness from bell pepper. Accompanied by a miso dip they are impossible to resist. 😍

S'mores bowl

Meet the newcomer to our dessert menu. Caramelized mini marshmallows and crumbled crackers served with a bowl of vanilla ice cream, generously topped with noisette sauce. 🤤 Like one of our jury members said: 'The carnival is just one spoon away'. 🎠

We have spent a lot of time talking about our new dishes - and our new drinks are certainly not to be forgotten. 🥰 Please give a warm welcome to Rosa Himmel (a little piece of a strawberry-and-rhubarb-flavoured heaven 🍓), Daisy Buchanan (a brilliant, sophisticated version of Gin Fizz with a hint of Hibiscus 🌺) and Rhubarb Lemonade (a spritzy, non alcoholic lemonade drink that tastes of pure summer☀️).
